Therapy Services
Many people come to therapy because they are feeling anxious or sad, or are having relationship problems, or other life difficulties. Most people are in treatment with Dr. Giurelli for anxiety related issues.
Dr. Giurelli sees adults aged 19 and older, both men and women. Problems seen frequently include general anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, hoarding problems, social anxiety, problems related to life transitions, stress about career decisions, relationship problems, low self esteem and confidence, fear of public speaking, and dealing with the effects of past trauma.
Fees and Insurance
If you are using insurance, your insurance company will determine your out of pocket costs. Dr. Giurelli is a licensed clinical psychologist in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She is a participating provider for Aetna, and an out of network provider for all other insurances. Dr. Giurelli’s fees are $240 for the initial visit(s) and $195 for every individual psychotherapy visit thereafter.
